2. Data we process
The enquiry form asks for your name, a contact for our reply (phone, email or username and messenger name), and optional wishes such as dates, route, group size and questions. Please do not enter passport or payment details, health information, or information about other people without an appropriate basis. When you contact us by email or messenger, we process the details you provide and the correspondence. 4. Processing operations and recipients
Operations include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by authorised persons, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated or non-automated means. The external enquiry form and CRM use Bitrix24; infrastructure provided by OOO “1C-Bitrix” is used to receive, store and process enquiries. The website infrastructure is hosted with Timeweb Cloud. Staff and service providers receive access only as needed for the stated purposes and on applicable legal grounds. Data may be provided to public authorities where required by law. This consent does not authorise publication of your personal data.
5. Retention and ending processing
We process data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and fulfil the stated purposes. When the purpose is fulfilled, the data are no longer needed, consent is withdrawn or unlawful processing is identified, processing must end and data must be deleted or anonymised within applicable legal time limits, unless another legal basis or mandatory retention period applies under law or contract. If an enquiry leads to a contract, related records are retained on the appropriate legal basis.
6. Your rights and withdrawal
You may request information about processing, seek correction, blocking or deletion in cases provided by law, withdraw consent and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. To withdraw consent, use the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent” and identify the contact used in your enquiry so we can locate it. The analytics and advertising trackers used on our main website are not installed on this subdomain. Your external-form preference is stored in localStorage for up to 180 days. The Bitrix24 form is not loaded until you enable it. After you enable it, the service may use its own cookies and local storage for form operation and abuse prevention. 9. External links and international transfers
Following a link to WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat or another external website means interacting with that service, which processes data under its own rules. These services are not loaded as embedded widgets on this site; you initiate the visit. If the controller plans an international transfer of personal data, it must meet applicable Russian legal requirements, including required notifications and assessment of the grounds for transfer. This policy is not consent to unrestricted international transfers.
