1. About this policy

2. Storage used by this website
The website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load the Yandex Metrica, VK or Top.Mail.Ru trackers used on our main website. A browser localStorage entry named aurora_privacy_v1 remembers your choice: settings version, whether you allow the external form, the time of your choice and its expiry. It does not contain your name, contact details or enquiry text. It lasts up to 180 days, after which we ask again. Unlike cookies, this localStorage entry is not automatically sent to our web server.
3. The external Bitrix24 form
Choosing “Enable enquiry form” loads the form from b24-xpbmmk.bitrix24.site and Bitrix24 resources. The service receives technical request data and may use its own cookies or localStorage for form operation, state and abuse prevention. The service provider determines those entries and their retention; they are not controlled by our subdomain’s storage. Your name, contact and wishes are transmitted when you submit the form after separately giving personal data consent in it.
4. Your choice and changing it
Choose “Essential only” to browse tours and use email or contact links without loading the CRM form. Select “Enable enquiry form” if you wish to use it. The “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page lets you change your choice. Withdrawing permission unloads the embedded form from this page and prevents it from loading automatically on subsequent visits. This does not delete data already sent or third-party cookies; use browser settings for third-party storage and contact the controller about enquiry data.
5. Other websites and browser controls
Selecting “Open form separately” or a messenger link opens an external website at your request, under that service’s rules. You can clear cookies and local storage, block third-party cookies and use private browsing. If local storage is unavailable, we cannot remember your preference between visits. Blocking external services may prevent the CRM form from working; you can still contact us by email.
6. Personal data consent
A cookie choice is not consent to processing enquiry data or an advertising subscription. See the separate privacy policy and personal data consent for data processing, rights and withdrawal. Our main website uses different services; its short cookie notice has not been copied as a description of trackers absent from this subdomain. This English text translates the Russian version.
