I freely and knowingly consent to the processing of the personal data I submit through the form on aurora-travel.tur-na-kolskiy.ru by OOO “TUR NA KOLSKIY” (ООО «ТУР НА КОЛЬСКИЙ»), INN 5101313665, OGRN 1115101000068, Office 517, Property 35, Dzerzhinskogo Street, Apatity, Murmansk Region, 184207, Russia.
Data and purpose
This consent covers the name, contact details (phone, email or username and messenger name), travel wishes and questions I provide. The purpose is to answer my enquiry, clarify tour details, prepare a proposal and contact me about booking steps I initiate. The consent version, date and time, and technical submission data received by the form system may be retained as evidence of consent.
Operations and CRM processing
I authorise collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by authorised staff and the CRM provider, blocking, deletion and destruction, using automated or non-automated means. Bitrix24 infrastructure provided by OOO “1C-Bitrix” is used to receive and process the enquiry. Access is granted only to handle my request and within applicable legal grounds.
Contact about my request
I authorise a reply using the contact I provide, including phone, email or the messenger I choose. This consent does not cover advertising subscriptions, public disclosure of my personal data, or processing of sensitive categories or biometric data.
Duration and withdrawal
This consent applies for the period needed to contact me about my request and fulfil the stated purposes, until I withdraw it, unless another lawful basis applies. I can withdraw consent by writing to turnakolskiy@yandex.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent”, or to the controller’s postal address. I should identify the contact used in my enquiry. Processing ends after withdrawal except where the law permits it to continue on another basis.
Giving consent
I give consent by a separate action: I personally select an initially unchecked, required checkbox in the CRM form and submit my enquiry. Enabling the external form or choosing cookie settings is not this consent. The privacy policy is a separate document. Consent version: 23 October 2026.
