Before you
go north.

Planning a trip to Murmansk from abroad? A few useful things to know before you start.

Ask our team ↗
When is the best time to see the Northern Lights?

The Northern Lights tour season runs from September to April. Visibility depends on solar activity, cloud cover and local conditions. We cannot guarantee a sighting.

Can I book just one day trip?

Yes. You can enquire about a single Teriberka excursion, a Northern Lights outing or another available Arctic activity without buying a multi-day package.

Can you arrange a private English-speaking guide?

English-language support is available. Please specify your preferred language and dates; availability of a particular guide must be confirmed before booking.

How do international visitors pay?

Available payment methods depend on your country, booking channel and current payment arrangements. Contact our team to confirm a suitable legal payment option before you book.

What happens if the road to Teriberka is closed?

Winter road access can be restricted by weather. The team will discuss postponement, alternative routes or other arrangements in line with the terms of your booking.
